At Habsburgo, our commitment is to offer a comprehensive luxury experience, from the moment of purchase until you receive your piece. This policy details our shipping procedures and return options to ensure a transparent and satisfactory relationship with our clients.

Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipping Destinations

Habsburgo is proud to offer its creations to connoisseurs around the world. We ship to the following countries and territories:

  • Americas: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, United States, Uruguay.
  • Europe: The European Union (all member states), Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
  • Asia-Pacific: Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
  • Middle East & Central Asia: Bahrain, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.

Exclusions: Due to regulatory and logistical complexities, we do not currently ship to the Russian Federation or Iran.

2. Shipping Costs and Processing

  • Complimentary Shipping: As a courtesy to our clients, all international shipping is provided free of charge by Habsburgo.
  • Processing: Orders for in-stock pieces will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. For our made-to-order pieces, the estimated production time will be communicated directly to the customer at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. They may vary significantly depending on customs clearance processes in the destination country.

3. Shipping Risk and Insurance

In accordance with Clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, title to and risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the Customer at the moment Habsburgo hands the package over to the carrier.

  • The complimentary shipping provided by Habsburgo does not include shipping insurance.
  • From the moment of dispatch, Habsburgo is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the package during transit.
  • Recommendation: For high-value pieces, we strongly recommend that customers contact our support team at [email protected] before making a purchase to request and quote a shipment with full-value insurance, the cost of which will be borne by the Customer.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • The Customer acts as the "importer of record" in the destination country.
  • The Customer is solely and exclusively responsible for the payment of all tariffs, import taxes (such as VAT), and any other fees or charges applied by their country's customs authorities to clear the package.
  • Refusal to pay said charges will not be grounds for a refund by Habsburgo.

Returns Policy

 

1. Conditions for Return

  • The Customer has a period of fourteen 30 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the order, to request a return.
  • The piece must be in its original, unworn condition, with no alterations or damage, and must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, engraved, or bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

  1. To initiate the process, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. The customer must package the item securely, preferably in its original shipping box.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The Customer is fully responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, including transportation and any import duties or taxes incurred when returning the product to Mexico.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and insuring the return package for its full value, as Habsburgo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Any duties or taxes paid by the customer during the initial import are non-refundable by Habsburgo.
